Why all of a sudden the dog act and go for other dogs, whereas before he never use it for?

He is friendly, but recently, he barks and goes for almost all the dogs we approach. I was wondering what is going on? I got it since he was a puppy at 8 weeks and now he is 1yr and a half.

Could be hormones, hahaha you had neutered? If not then it can try to fight against other males. There might be something wrong with him mentally, such as rabies or something … I do not know, why not re-socialize and Ty take him to the vet for a check-up just to make sure?
