He had a bad experience if you can not really blame bless. Time is a great healer, but do not stop to socialize with known “good” dogs as much as you can. I would definitely contact your previous instructor for advice and see if you can get some one to one training and group sessions with more dogs from puppy classes. In addition, it may be out puppyhood himself and begins to exert its dominance as a male dog. This is normal, even for males castrated so he can be an age thing too. My 11 month old rider has a lovely temperament, but recently has been aggressive in a couple of small dogs! He thinks he is bigger than him! Good luck and I’m sure he’ll get over it
Question:
Hello, I think that this response may have been asked but I would appreciate any help possible! Our beautiful dog years was attacked by a staffie four months ago and now he is aggressive toward other dogs when we go out for walks. He has been training for puppy, has been neutered and is just the greatest dog ever with everyone and the dogs he knows, but when he meets other dogs his size or slightly larger, he became very defensive and hostile. It’s now reached the point where I will be releasing the head and my husband is having to go out and play ball like I’m too worried we bump into other dogs! Does anyone have any advice? He is very loyal and a good student and I do not know whether to bring the puppy to his coach? Thank you, Ally

I think it would be interesting to return to your trainer. Your dog is in defense mode and needs more socialization with other friendly dogs to learn to communicate with other dogs. Because it is on the defensive, he will be releasing their body language to other dogs and in turn, will return with aggression so that it becomes a vicious circle. My poor dog has a very tall, curly tail carriage gives trigger an aggressive stance without even knowing it, the poor dog can be garçon.Votre be aggressive if he is on the head because he is afraid and can not use his instinct of “flight” can not therefore use his “combat.” It is just fear and uncertainty about the timing, it is striking maturity and do not know how to use it. Get back to training and the use of carefully selected dogs to socialize with him to nouveau.Si you meet other dogs in the street, try not to tense up and tighten the head, have treats or favorite toy to distract him before and that it begins to react to another dog, then praise him once he has passed ignoré.S it becomes a danger to other dogs, as a preventitive measure temepory, you might get a muzzle, but make sure it is the type that can not open his mouth and wearing pantalons.N by handing it and good luck.
I would just get another dog, and do spend time together so he gets used to other dogs and maybe just get more aggressive.
Enrollment in training classes dog and you take the dog. You will then both be formed under the supervision and you will gain some confidence. There is an old dog handlers expression “He descended to the head!” and that is exactly what happens here.
When you walk him, bring a pocket full of candy with you. Then, when you see another dog, give him a treat, no matter how he acts. If another dog is approaching or is still there, continue to give treats to distract your dog. The idea is to help link it with other dogs good things (treats). Try this for a few weeks and see if it gets better. Otherwise, call a professional dog behaviorist for help.
Fear aggression …….. I bite you, bite me before ……… re-train …. re-socialize with our friends …. and dogs known to be patient … he is hurt and upset and needs your help to return to his old self … if you do re-train, re-socialize your going to have a great fur problem on their hands …
To return to your coach is a good idea, it must be socialized again you better do it now while he is young because it will become more of a problem that the older he becomes good luck
