Cats generally gain weight after they have been “fixed”. that’s probably what it is. she is just irritated you – cats have such an attitude sometimes. I would not worry too much, unless she starts acting really weird. you may want to have checked if there is something else. try playing with it more often to keep its most active.
I had a number of cats and currently have 5, one male and four females, all neutered. In general, cats tend to gain weight after being fixed. Even men apparently. I have not noticed a change in behavior. My male cat sipeut be quite grumpy, moody and sometimes vicious.
sometimes cats gain weight after being neutered. parties to reduce feeding times and play with it more to give him more excercize.
Cats can have mood swings and weight gain if they are neutered when they are cats (as opposed to kittens). Most vets do a total hysterectomy (no stomach or ovaries = no kittens ) but I guess some can tie off the tubes, which means that everything could still be in a state of marche.Je suppose it could even be a false pregnancy / fantôme.Je would take him to the vet to be sure – it should cost you £ 5 – £ 10 for a consultation.
Cats tend to gain weight after being speyed, it is preferable to regulate what they eat once they had the op!
neutered cats have a uterus, do not expect to litters. Neutered cats and neutured tend to be a little looser, unlike hyperactive intact cats / kittens. Try to place food and water at one end of the house and her litter box at the other end. Many brands offer different types of cats schemes based lifestyle of the cat. Try indoor cats version of your favorite brand. If a regular grocerystore or department store does not a variety, try the petstore. Your cat should be fine
When I sterilize my cat has really gone overboard with the pounds! She now weighs a merry dance 8kilos … beautiful chubby fur! It is quite normal if it happens to all cats spayed / neutered. You must stay active to help avoid some of the books, play with it every day and so it is important that eventually it will grow so big to not be able to exercise and end of breath quickly. It also puts great pressure on his heart to keep his belt!
It is not possible – if that’s when she was pregnant before the sterilization, you have a problem and raise the track quickly vétérinaire.La sterilization prevents fertilization of eggs while the cat press in the course of an encounter with a cat Tom. You can also check with the vétérinaire.En – cats tend sometimes to gain weight after neutering. Usually, men though.
